Tom Vorjohan has been entertaining audiences of all ages for over 35 years! His comedy is tailored to his audience and is guaranteed to keep you in stitches! He performs for corporate events, small gatherings, schools, clubs, and for anyone who loves to laugh!
If Tom had to choose his favorite type of magic, it would be close-up. It's the type of magic that happens right in front of you and keeps you guessing! Also called "strolling magic," Tom suggests this for cocktail hours, corporate venues, and festivals.
Tom Vorjohan first became enamored with magic when he had to do a book report in 5th grade and he was reading a book of magic tricks. He learned a few then, and kept going! For over 35 years, Tom has amazed and amused all over the United States for all ages in all types of venues! His goal: To make you laugh!
Tom is also an accomplished balloon artist! His creations, large and small, have been enjoyed from coast-to-coast at festivals, conventions, and even on cruise ships!
Tom currently resides between Tennessee and Florida with his long-time partner, Pam.
Tom learned the basics of balloon twisting as a youth because those books were in the magic stores along with magic books! In the early 90s, Tom met Father Mark Davis while Fr. Mark was attending seminary. He was taking more than one balloon and twisting them together to form different animals. Intrigued by this, Tom began learning this art, eventually publishing articles, videos, and becoming well-known for his artistry and creativity. He and fellow magician and balloon artist Daniel Herron, formed The Balloon Guys, a dynamic-duo of the latex world.
